Catering

     Catering is available for events of up to 175 people; However no event is too small. The service is accessible for everything from casual luncheons to gourmet wedding receptions. Buffet style events as well as full service plated dinners are available. Our chefs are trained in a broad variety of culinary styles. Each item that we produce is prepared on premises with the utmost careusing only the freshest, highest quality ingredients purchased from local sources. Pricing varies depending on availability of product, season, and other unforseen factors.
     We will gladly arrange a consult to plan your special event to exactly suit your individual tastes. Service staff, dinnerware, linnens, flowers, music, fine beers and wines as well as non-alcoholic beverages, disposal and cleanup may also be made available upon request. Pricing is determined per person or per item depending on the type of event. In addition to the food, charges will apply for taxes, equipment rental, gratuity, service charges, delivery & removal fees. All invoices will be itemized for your convenience. Payment in full is to be rendered within 72 hours of the event. Cancellations are subject to charges varying from a small fee to a percentage of the event due to the fact that we schedule staff, purchase product, and do not book more than one event per calander day.
